This 2-day course takes you through the systematic process of preparing and scheduling a performance appraisal interview. It provides you with the steps required to conduct an effective performance appraisal interview, guides you through various methods to encourage staff-development, and finally explores the types of reward or recognition you can use to increase staff motivation and satisfaction.
Once you have mastered the steps in each section, you will be confident in developing and executing an effective performance appraisal system that will help your staff or colleagues grow together with your company.

Mode of Assessment
At the end of the course, learners are required to complete a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes of summative assessment, comprising a written assessment, role plays and oral questioning.
Qualification
Upon successful completion of course and assessment, learners will be awarded a Statement of Attainment (SOA) issued by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).
