This 2-day interactive course is designed to provide you with a collaborative and supportive environment to learn practical hands-on skills. It helps you improve your presentation skills and master the art of presenting using charts and figures to deliver your message across in a powerful way with high impact. It focuses on the ways that will maximize the impact of the numerical information in the presentation and ensure they are easy to read and interpret. You will also learn the issues that need to be addressed during the presentation, how to manage your psychological well-being and how to manage the audience in order to deliver world-class presentations.
Note: Participants are required to bring laptops (with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint) for hands-on exercises. Participants without laptops will be provided with colour pens to learn manually.

Charlene Lee has 20 years of accumulated extensive business & finance experience in start-ups, medium-sized enterprises, multinational growing companies and US Fortune 500 multi-billion dollar organizations, holding various senior positions where presentations and storytelling using charts and figures are part and parcel of her business life.
Charlene has done numerous profitability & business improvement projects, financial management, capital raising, multi-million dollar strategic, business & financial planning; and involved in M&A of US$850million. Most of the projects and business initiatives required presentations and storytelling skills to obtain approvals, to convince all parties involved, and to work effectively with stakeholders in order to achieve desired outcomes. Charlene has gained a wealth of experience in utilizing charts and numbers to ensure successful implementations and executions.
A trainer for a Fortune 500 company specializing in training business executives and directors, Charlene has trained and coached many business executives over the years. Charlene is also an invited speaker for CFO & finance summits in Malaysia, China, and Indonesia where she speaks on various business and finance related topics.
Charlene holds an EMBA from Kellogg-HKUST (ranked World No. 1 EMBA program by Financial Times from 2009 to 2013 and 2016) from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University in the U.S. and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She completed her Bachelor degree in Economics and received her Master of Science in Organizational Psychology/Behaviour from University of London.
She is a Chartered Accountant, a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) from the UK and a member of The Association for Business Psychology (ABP) in the UK.
